On a small knoll in the north east corner of the cemetery there is a tomb built many years ago. Roughly laid upon with field stone, apparently with out a door. It is now almost hidden by the covering sod, bushes and trees. Elmer Lockwood wrote " I understand that it is the burial place of Calvin and Judith Clark whose monument stands nearby to the south. There is evidence that it has been opened in fairly recent years. The small opening was refilled with stone, held in place by cement".

In 1999 this tomb was found again, completely covered with over growth. It has been uncovered and is being repair.

It had a narrow door on one side with stones set in the sides of the stone wall. It appeared to have room for six caskets.
Some remains were found inside this tomb.

Dennis Whittaker has transcribed and updated these cemetery records (1998)
Updated again 2003 with records of Elmer Lockwood recorded in the 1960's
Headstone inscriptions will be checked for any errors in the Spring of 2003.
