PROPERTY Ithaca Daily Democrat, Friday July 28, 1870 [appears to be the 28th; date is blurred] SHERIFF’S SALE- By virtue of an execution issued out of Tompkins County Court, State of New York, to me directed and delivered against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of Robert Leonard and Cinderilla Leonard. I have seized and taken all their right, title, and interest, in and to the following described premises, to-wit: “All that lot or parcel of land in the Village of Ithaca, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the south-west corner of lot owned by Orlando Seely; running north along his west line one hundred and thirty-two feet; thence west sixty-six feet; thence south one hundred and thirty-two feet to Seneca Street; thence east sixty-six feet to the place of beginning, being the south half of lot 215, block 110, as laid out on a map of said Village. |
