Mrs. Sena Chamberlain Mrs. Sena Chamberlain, directress of nurses at Memorial Hospital from Nov 1945 to June 1952, died unexpectedly at her home in Oneida Saturday, March 10, 1956. She had been ill for about three months. Funeral services and burial were held Tuesday in Oneida. Mrs. Rosa Sophia Bento Mrs. Rosa Sophia Bento, 87, of 609 N. Cayuga St., died Thursday March 15, 1956 after a long illness. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ernest English, of Ithaca; a niece, Mrs. Lula Hart of Spencer, and a nephew, Glenn Kinzie of Burbank, Calif. Mrs. Maude M. Bell Mrs. Maude M. Bell, 70, died unexpectedly at her home on the Halseyville Rd., Trumansburg, Thursday March 15, 1956, after a heart attack. Abraham Solomon Funeral services for Abraham Solomon, of Myers who died March 13, 1956, were held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Bangs Funeral Home followed by services at 10:30 a.m. in St. John’s Episcopal Church with Msgr. George Karouf of the Syrian Orthodox Church of Pittsburgh, Pa., officiating. Bears were Jesse Solomon Jr., John George Jr, Casper George, Marion George, Abraham Caliel Jr., and George Clauce. Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ludlowville. Mrs. Susanna Bogart Funeral services for Mrs. Susanna Bogart of 310 Linn St., who died March 13, 1956, wre held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Herson Funeral Home with the Rev. Harold E. Cole, pastor of the Tabernacle Baptist Church officiating. Bearers, all grandchildren, were William R. Perry, Jr., Wilbur B. Dawson, Gerald R. Dawson, and Gordon Humphrey. Burial was in Lake View Cemetery, Interlaken.
