John BEARDSLEY had the first glass windows by 1796 in the town of Lansing. Sheriff sold the estate of $450 to Palmer BAKER to satisfy debts owed to Robert C. JOHNSON, dec'd to the highest bidder. The suit by Sam'l W. JOHNSON. Consisting of 46 acres in the northeast part of lot 49 in Lansing.

Greenwich Street, 1818 Owner of the family bible Mrs. F. B. HOLLISTER, "late of Danby" and the bible was rescused from an auction sale at the HOLLISTER (BEARDSLEY) house and given to Mrs. J. A. McLAUGHLIN, a descendant in 1945.
