ELLIS HOLLOW SCHOOL NO. 10
Located in the Town of Dryden, Tompkins County, NY
On Ellis Hollow Creek Road,
near the intersection of Ellis Hollow Road

The Ellis Hollow School contained one room. A teacher's desk was at the front and behind it
there was a large blackboard and some cupboards. In the corner of the room there was an old metal
stove fed by firewood provided by the parents of the students. The school house is still there
today, but has been made into a home.
