Letter donated by David Cook a student who brought in this 1852 letter in which a person agreed to teach in Summer Hill School for $3.50 a week.

Groton, Sep 25 1852

In reply to your answer of this morning, I will say to you and other concerned, that I will teach your school in Summerhill the coming winter (Extraordinary excepted). My price is three and a half dollars per week. $3.50
