The meeting also took in Consideration the Recommendation from the last years Board of Supervisors Respecting the Assessment of Taxable property and other matters which the meeting voted to receive. Except the Article containing the destruction of wolves, it was also voted by said meeting that Hogs should run free Commoners as long as they behave well - But when they do damage where is good fence they must be yocked and the Damage prised by the fence Viewers and paid by the owners - Recorded this 9th Day of April 1795 - Abm. The Meeting also voted that a stone Horse after 18 months old shall not run at large. Every person suffering said Horse to run in contempt of this Law shall forfeit and pay forty shillings to be sued for and recovered in an action of Debt the one half to be paid to the person who shall or may take up and deliver him to the Owner or put him the sd. Horse in pound and make Complaint and are proof thereof. The other Half to be Applied to the Benefit of the Highway in building a Bridges, and further that every person who shall or may let his stone Horse run after such prosecution shall forfeit and pay forty shillings for every offence to be recovered and applied in manner afforesaid -

The further voted that no Rams shall run between the first Day of August and the first Day of November Inclusive. Every person offending in letting his or her or their Ram or Rams to run in Contempt of this Law shall forfeit and pay twenty shillings to be Recovered and Applied as in the Case of Stone Horses
