PERKINS, Ralph C.
Ralph C. PERKINS, 57, of 201 Clinton Ave., Groton, died unexpectedly Monday evening, July 25, 1955, following a heart attack. He was a resident of Groton 50 years and was employed 23 years by Smith-Corona Inc. He was a member of the Groton Rod and Gun Club.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Harriott PERKINS; five sons, Jay R. PERKINS of Locke, and Bernard, James, Richard and David PERKINS of Groton; a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie LOHMAN of Ft. Kobbe, Panama Canal Zone; two grandsons; two brothers, Guy PERKINS of Ithaca and Willis PERKINS of Groton, and a sister Mrs. Nellie HOSMER of Ravenna, Mich.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the home of Robert J. Booth, 110 Elm St., Groton. The Rev. Benjamin Ford, priest in charge of St. Ambrose Episcopal Church will officiate. Burial will be in Groton Cemetery. Friends may call at the Booth residence from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.

JORDAN, Ephraim
Empraim JORDAN, 79, of Berkshire RD 1 died Sunday, July 24, 1955, in Tompkins County Memorial Hospital. Surviving are five sons, Fay, Ray, John, George and Dean JORDAN, and a daughter, Mrs. Ruth WATSON, all of Speedsville.
Funeral services will be held at his home at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be at Speedsville. Friends may call Tuesday evening at the home.

CORNELIUS, Archie B.
CORNELIUS, AUTOMOTIVE MAN, DIES
Archie B. CORNELIUS, 59, of 1006 Dryden Rd., Varna, died at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa. Thursday, Jan. 11, 1968 after a short illness. He was proprietor of Cornelius Sales and Service at 109-111 E. Clinton St., Ithaca and had been in the automotive business 35 years. Mr. CORNELIUS helped organize and develop Varna Community Assn and was a member of Varna Volunteer Fire Company of which he was a past treasurer.
He was a member of the Ellis Hollow Methodist Church and St. Paul's Methodist Church in Ithaca. He was a member of the Sertoma Club and Country Club of Ithaca and of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America. He was active in formation of the Ithaca SPEBSQA. A veteran of World War II, Mr. CORNELIUS was active in many civic and community groups.
He is survived by his wife, Ethelwyn GIBSON CORNELIUS; a son, Gary CORNELIUS of Groton R.D.; a daughter, Mrs. Sandra WILSON of Ithaca R.D.; two grandchildren; two brothers, Leland and Lloyd CORNELIUS of Ithaca R.D.; a sister, Mrs. Iva VANPELT of ithaca R.D.; three aunts, Mrs. Leafie S. VANDEMARK of Dryden, Mrs. Clara MOTT and Mrs. Agnes MILLER of Ithaca; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in St. Paul's Methodist Church, the Rev. Sheldon Stephenson officiating. Burial will be in Willow Glen Cemetery next spring at the convenience of the family. Friends may call Sunday evening at Wagner Funeral Home where Varna firemen will meet at 7:30 p.m.

SCHNEIDER, Mrs. George F.
Mrs. Lina L. SCHNEIDER, 65, wife of George F. SCHNEIDER of the Town of Dryden, died at Memorial Hospital, Friday, June 24, 1938. Besides her husband, Mrs. SCHNEIDER is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Floyd BUCKLER of South Cortland; a grandson, Roger BUCKLER of South Cortland, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Baldwin and Davis Funeral Home at 421 N. Aurora St. at any time. Funeral services will be at the Ellis Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Monday, the Rev. W. W. Strite, pastor of the Varna Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Willow Glen Cemetery in Dryden.

BENNETT, Melvin Wayne
Funeral services for MelvinWayne BENNETT of Syracuse, who was killed when he jumped from a runaway truck on Mitchell St., Tuesday, Aug. 24, 1948, were held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Herson Funeral Home, 110 S. Geneva St., with the Rev. J. S. Smith of Brooklyn, officiating. Bearers were Martin O'BRIEN, Lawrence WILKINSON, Irwin GOLDEN and Peter CAVONE. Burial was in City Cemetery.

VANPELT, Dana A.
Dana A. VANPELT, 76, of 808 Ringwood Rd., Ithaca RD 2, died Saturday, Feb. 15, 1969 in Richey Manor Nursing Home, New Port Richey, Fla. For many years he was a plumber steamfitter in this area. He was a veteran of World War I and a life member of Disabled American Veterans. For 47 years he was a member of Local 109, Plumber Fitters Local. He was a member of Ellis Hollow Community Church. Survivors are his wife, Iva CORNELIUS VANPELT; a son, Myron VANPELT of Dryden; a daughter, Mrs. Harold MIX of Ithaca RD 2; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nephews and nieces.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday in Wagner Funeral Home. The Rev. Dean Hill, former pastor of Ellis Hollow Community Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden, at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening. Members of Disabled American Veterans will conduct rites there at 8 p.m. Tuesday.

BRYANT, Mrs. Minnie E.
Mrs. Minnie E. BRYANT, 71, of 806 N. Tioga St., died today, Aug. 24, 1948, at her home. Mrs. BRYANT and her husband, Will BRYANT, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, Feb. 23, 1948. She was a member of Forest City Grange.
Surviving besides her husband, Will BRYANT, are 2 daughters, Miss Mary BRYANT of Ithaca and Mrs. Althea MERRICK of Elmira; 4 sisters, Mrs. Louise VANMARTER and Mrs. Grace GOODWIN of Groton and Mrs. Catherine CORNELIUS and Mrs. Emma FITTS of Dryden; 3 brothers, Nelson METZGAR of Groton, John METZGAR of Oneida, and A. I. METZGAR of Lodi, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie E. BRYANT of 806 N. Tioga St., who died at her home, Tuesday, Aug. 21, 1948, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Wagner Funeral Home, 421 N. Aurora St. The Rev. Fred S. ELLIOT, 76, a retired farmer, died Sunday morning, Aug. 22, 1948, at his home in Interlaken. Mr. Elliot was born in Burdett. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Grace ELLIOT; 2 daughters, Mrs. Robert J. CARPENTER of Watkins Glen and Mrs. Earl A. DEAN of Jacksonville; 2 grandchildren, Nancy Lea DEAN and E. Norman DEAN, and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at his home. The Rev. Anthony P. Dykstra, pastor of the Reformed Church of Interlaken, will officiate. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery, Interlaken.

MANNING, Mrs. Amy Elizabeth
Mrs. Amy Elizabeth MANNING, 79, of Brooktondale, widow of Fred O. MANNING, died Sunday, Aug. 22, 1948, in the McGraw Nursing Home, Brooktondale. Mrs. MANNING was a member of the Methodist Church of Morris Chapel and South Danby for 64 years. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Alice M. BOGART of Brooktondale; 4 nieces and 6 nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Wagner Funeral Home, 421 N. Aurora St. The Rev. Wallace Stevens of Ithaca will officiate. Burial will be in Candor. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening.

FORMAN, Andrew I.
Andrew I. FORMAN, 88, who lived in Brooktondale for many years, died unexpectedly August 10, 1948, while visiting at Tyner, Ind. He made his home for several years with his daughter, Mrs. Sam BAKER of Plymouth, Ind. He is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Dessie C. BENNETT of Trumansburg, and a brother. Funeral services were held in Plymouth.

SNYDER, Dr. Walter C.
Dr. Walter C. SNYDER, 56, of Williamsville, a former Ithacan, died unexpectedly while on vacation at Saranac Lake, Aug. 24, 1948. He was a graduate of Ithaca Hogh School and of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell, 1918. He was a veteran of World War I. Dr. SNYDER was associated with the Dairymen's League Co-operative Association of Buffalo. He is survived by his wife, Ethel; a son, Walter; his mother, Mrs. Myrtie SNYDER of Ithaca; a sister, Mrs. Florence A. GARRY, Syracuse; a brother, Paul H. SNYDER of Ithaca, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Stanley Beach Funeral Home, Williamsville.

WILLIAMS, Mrs. Bertha L.
Auto Accident Hurts Fatal to Mrs. Williams (Sept. 16, 1933)
Mrs. Bertha L. WILLIAMS, 50, of 911 North Cayuga Street, died at the Tompkins County Memorial Hospital yesterday afternoon of injuries suffered in an automobile accident near Ovid on Thursday morning. A severed artery in her head caused death. Mrs. WILLIAMS and her two sons, Lawrence and Raymond, were on their way to the World's Fair at Chicago when their car skidded on the slippery highway near Ovid and crashed into a truck. Mrs. WILLIAMS struck her head violently against the side of the car and was brought to the hospital here in an unconscious condition. Besides her husband, Frank WILLIAMS, and her two sons, Lawrence and Raymond, she was survived by two sisters, Mrs. Edna SWARTOUT of Ithaca and Mrs. Florence YOUNG of Trumansburg; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert BLAUVELT of Ithaca.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon, Sept. 17, at the Tabernacle Baptist Church on East Lincoln Street. The Rev. J. Irving Reese, pastor of the church, will officiate, and interment will be in Lake View Cemetery. She was a member of the Hawthorn Rebekah Lodge of Odd Fellows, the Tabernacle Baptist Church, the Philathea Class of the church and the Cornell Dames.

SEAMAN, Mrs. Velma
Mrs. Velma SEAMAN, 76, widow of Fred SEAMAN, died Sunday afternoon at her home, 114 South Corn Street. Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Gilbert Undertaking Parlors, 125 East Buffalo Street. The Rev. H. G. Burley will officiate. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Sara CRANCE of Rochester, Mrs. Lena SMITH and Miss Ethel WEBSTER of Ithaca, a son, John WEBSTER of Poplar Ridge; a sister, Mrs. Maria HAIGHT of Groton; two step-daugthers, Mrs. Cora MARKS of Cortland and Mrs. Clinton SCOTT of Ithaca, and two step-sons, Clarance SEAMAN of Syracuse and Loren SEAMAN of Ithaca.

DUNTON, Samuel
Samuel DUNTON, 66, Resident of Dryden, Found Dead in Barn Samuel W. DUNTON, 66, a resident of the Turkey Hill section in the Town of Dryden, was found dead in his barn shortly after noon today.
The victim had been suffering from heart disease for more than a year. When Mr. DUNTON failed to answer a call to dinner, members of the family began searching for him. He was found dead, lying on the barn. ___ have a verdict of "death by natural causes."
Funeral services for Samuel W. DUNTON, 66, who died Friday, will be held at his home on Monday afternoon, July 31, at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will be in Willow Glen cemetery. The Rev. Charles Terrill, pastor of the Varna Methodist Episcopal Church, will officiate.
He is survived by his widow; two sons, Frank DUNTON of Ithaca, and Roderick DUNTON of Elmira; one daughter, Mrs. Mabel HAWKINS of Ithaca; two grandchildren, Janet and Jennette; and a niece, Miss Nettie HYDE of Ithaca.

MOREY, Mrs. Flora
Mrs. Flora MOREY, age 56, wife of Jay MOREY, died very suddenly at her home Tuesday, Nov. 14, 1933. Mrs. MOREY was born in Ludlowville and was the daughter of Olive and William PRICE. Deceased was a life long resident of Lansing. Mrs. MOREY was highly respected and liked by everyone, extremely synpathetic with those in afflection, always willing to do more than her part wherever needed, a good friend and neighbor, and a devoted wife and mother. She will be greatly missed in her home and community. She was a member of M. E. Church and Pandora Rebecca Lodge of Ludlowville and of East Lansing Grange. She is survived by her husband and son Lawrence of Lansing and brother Frank PRICE of Jackson Summitt, Pa. The funeral services were held at her late home on Friday at 2 o'clock. The Rev. C. C. Beebe and his assistant Rev. Howe, also a cousin, the Rev. C. W. Newman of Horseheads officiated. The profound sorrow of all who knew her was shown by the multitude of people who attended her funeral and the many beautiful flowers brought as a last tribute. Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ludlowville.

Paul E. HEFFRON, 41, of 213 W. Cortland St., Groton, a former employee of L. C. Smith & Corona Typewriters Inc., died Wednesday evening, Aug. 5, 1953, at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Victorina HEFFRON; a son John HEFFRON; 2 daughters, Mrs. Julie MILLER and Miss Patricia HEFFRON; his mother, Mrs. John HEFFRON; 2 brothers, Thomas R. and Edward J. HEFFRON, and 3 nephews and 2 nieces. All are of Groton.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday in the home of Robert J. Booth, 110 Elm St., followed by a High Mass of Requiem at 9:30 a.m. in St. Anthony's Church with the Rev. William E. Hayes, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Booth home Friday evening.

BUCHANAN, Mrs. Mary VANKIRK
Mrs. Mary VANKIRK BUCHANAN, 80, widow of Alexander BUCHANAN, died early today, Aug. 6, 1953, in the Dodds Nursing Home on the Elmira Rd., after a short illness. She was born in Newfield, Oct. 9, 1892, and lived for a number of years in California and Colorado. She returned to her home in Newfield in 1935. She was a member of the Newfield Methodist Church, the Ladies Monday Club, and the Tompkins County Woman's Christian Temperance Union.
She is survived by a son, VanKirk BUCHANAN of Newfield; a grandson, William BUCHANAN of New York City; a brother, Edwin S. VANKIRK of Newfield; two nieces, Mrs. Milton ROYCE of Ithaca and Mrs. Nancy HALL of Watertown; a nephew, Lochary VANKIRK of Newfield, and a cousin, Charles VANKIRK of Ithaca. Funeral arrangement will be announced later.

ENGLISH, Frank D.
Frank D. ENGLISH, 55, died unexpectedly this morning, Aug. 10, 1953, at his home, 635 W. Clinton St. He was a lifelong resident of Ithaca and for the last 20 years had been employed at the Adding Machine Division, National Cash Register Company. He was born in Brooktondale, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Norman ENGLISH. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Beatrice ENGLISH; an aunt, Mrs. Emma WHEELER of Brooktondale; an uncle, Fred ENGLISH of the Coddington Rd., and several nephews and nieces.

PARROTT, Dr. P. J.
Dr. P. J. PARROTT, Professor Emeritus, Dies
Dr. Percival J. PARROTT, former director of the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva, died in that city today, Aug. 10, 1953. He was 79. Dr. PARROTT was also professor emeritus of entomology at Cornell, although he never taught in Ithaca. Members of the Experiment Station staff are also on the Cornell faculty. The University directs the work of the station. Dr. PARROTT was born in Croydon, England, and attended Kansas State University. He headed the station from 1938 until his retirement in 1942. Dr. PARROTT, the seventh director of the station, was recognized for his work in helping control the insect pest.
He served in an advisory capacity on many federal commissions. He was appointed assistant entomologist her in 1900, but left two years later to become entomologist at the Ohio State Agricultural experiment station at Wooster. Dr. PARROTT was recalled to Geneva in 1903 and remained until his retirement. He was made vice director in 1929 and succeeded Dr. U. P. Hedrick as director in 1938. He is survived by a son, John PARROTT of Geneva, and a daughter, Mrs. Robert HOLT of Montpelier, Vt.

BRISTOL, Lawrence F.
Lawrence F. BRISTOL, a lifelong resident of the Town of Virgil, died at his home Saturday, Aug. 8, 1953, at the age of 80. He was born Feb. 26, 1873, the son of Benjamin Franklin and Ophelia TOMPKINS BRISTOL of Virgil. He was a member of Dryden Lodge 472, F & A Masons, and of the Virgil Grange. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Inez STILLMAN BRISTOL; two sons, Stillman and Raymond BRISTOL, both of Virgil; a daughter, Mrs. Walter HOOSE of Ravenscroft, Tenn.; two sisters, Mrs. Georgia LAMPMAN of Freeville, and Mrs. Emma THOMPSON of Racine, Wis.; seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the BRISTOL home at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. George Severance of the Virgil Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Virgil Cemetery. Masonic rites will be conducted at the home at 8 p.m. today. Friends may call there until 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. today.

WARD, John
John WARD of 433 N. Cayuga St. died at his home Thursday afternoon, Aug. 13, 1953, after a short illness. He was 88. He was one of the oldest active members of the Church of the Immaculate Conception and was a member of the Maccabees. Mr. WARD was born May 30, 1865, in Trumansburg, the son of John and Katherine DONAHUE WARD. He moved to Ithaca when he was about 15, and had made his home here ever since. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Bridget MURRAY WARD; a son, Dr. Albert J. WARD, and a grandson, Peter WARD, both of Morristown, N. J.; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Katherine FELSINGER, and a brother-in-law, William MURRAY, both of Ithaca and one nephew, Lawrence WARD of Trumansburg.
Funeral services will be held at 8:15 a.m. Monday at Mrs. FELSINGER's home, 407 W. State St. A High Mass of Requiem will be celebrated at 9 a.m. in the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

HADLEY, Mrs. Hester MEKEEL
Mrs. Hester MEKEEL HADLEY, 77, died Friday, Jan. 24, 1947, at her home in Trumansburg. She is survived by her husband, Fred E. HADLEY; 2 daughters, Mrs. E. Curry WEATEHRBY, Ithaca, and Mrs. Willard WIXOM, Trumansburg; a son, Arthur E. HADLEY of Syracuse; a brother, DeWitt BOWER of Trumansburg; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, and several nephews.
Mrs. HADLEY was a member of Trumansburg Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, for 20 years and a past matron of the organization; was associated with Grange work for more than 50 years, and was a lifetime member of the Methodist Churches of Trumansburg and Jacksonville.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in the Trumansburg Methodist Church with the pastor, the Rev. Charles Arthur Smith and the Rev. Arthur Moody, pastor of Jacksonville Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Grove Cemetery, Trumansburg. Friends may call at the Stewart Rhode Funeral Home between 3 and 5 p.m. Sunday.

Irving SHORT, 54 died at his home on Dean St., Owego, Friday, Jan. 24, 1947, after a short illness. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Myrtle Short; 3 sons, Robert, Archie, and Arthur SHORT of Owego; his mother, Mrs. Vesta SMITH of Apalachin; 4 brothers, Howard and Lewis SHORT of Apalachin, DeForest of Owego and Floyd of Johnson City; 6 sisters, Mrs. Laura NICKERSON and Mrs. Ethel COLGAN of Binghamton, Mrs. Diana WEEKS of Endicott, Mrs. Loraina HILL of Vestal, Mrs. Hazel HALL of Campbell, and Mrs. Cora GIBSON of Apalachin. DAVENPORT, Lt. Leonard J.
Funeral services for Lt. Leonard J. DAVENPORT, 22, who was killed in the explosion and crash of a B-29 bomber near Rotan, Tex., Monday, Jan. 10, 1947, will be held at 8:15 a.m. Monday at the Shea Funeral Home, 314 W. State St. A High Mass of Requiem will be celebrated in the Church of the Immaculate Conception at 9 a.m.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Mae DAVENPORT; his mother, Mrs. Richard L. POLLOCK; a sister, Joan POLLOCK; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William KENNAH of Ithaca; and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Volney DAVENPORT of Burdett.
He was a member of Ithaca Aerie 1253, Fraternal Order of Eagles; the Holy Name Society of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars of Oh City, Pa. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery where the Veterans of Foreign Wars will conduct the services at the grave. Friends may call at the Shea Funeral Home Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

CORNELIUS, Mrs. Annie VOIGHT
Funeral services for Mrs. Annie VOIGHT CORNELIUS, formerly of Ithaca, who died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 1947, in the Masonic Home at Utica, were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Wagner Funeral Home, 421 N. Aurora St., with the Rev. R. E. Charles, rector of St. John's Episcopal Church officiating. Bearers were Herbert SCHUTT, Herschel SCHUTT, Albert RICH, and Cary MCKENSY. Interment was in Mulka Cemetery, Slaterville.

HUNT, John J.
John J. HUNT, 75, a lifelong resident of Dryden, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 1947, in Memorial Hospital. He was born in Dryden Apr. 13, 1871, the son of Stephen and Jane LINTON HUNT. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nettie T. HUNT; a son, Walter HUNT of Dryden; 3 grandchildren, Calvin, Laurence and Louise HUNT all of Dryden.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at his residence on Pleasant St., with the Rev. Scott Swineheart, pastor of the Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will be in Willow Glen Cemetery. Friends may call at the residence after Tuesday noon.

TOMPKINS, Arthur Newton
Arthur Newton TOMPKINS, 85, of 305 Utica St., died today, Jan. 27, 1947, in Memorial Hospital. Born in Newfield, he was the son of Bradley and Ann E. TOMPKINS. He moved to Ithaca in 1890 and operated a blacksmith shop on Green St. for many years. He is survived by 3 sons, Warrington R. and Kenneth H. TOMPKINS of Ithaca and Smith W. TOMPKINS of Washington D. C.; 3 daughters, Mrs. Bertha MILLER and Mrs. Ruth GRIFFIN of Washington, D. C. and Mrs. Fannie MYERS, Freeville; 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He was a member of the Odd Fellows and the International Association of Theatrical Stage Employees. He was for some years with the Lyceum Theater.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Wagner Funeral Home, 421 N. Aurora St., with the Rev. A. H. Boutwell, pastor of the First Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in East Lawn Cemetery.

MACK, George G.
George G. MACK, 77, who made his home with his daughter, Mrs. W. W. MENDENHALL of 507 E. Seneca St., died Saturday, Jan. 25, 1947. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. MENDENHALL; a son, Marion W. MOSHIER, Frank
Frank MOSIER, 53, a former resident of Dryden and a veteran of World War I, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 1947, in Veterans Hospital, Canandaigua. He was born Jan. 8, 1894, in Dryden, the son of David and Jane BRUNDAGE MOSHIER. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Edith HARRIS of Dryden, a brother, Albert MOSHIER of Dryden, and two nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. in Strong Memorial Chapel, Dryden, with the Rev. Vernon Martin, pastor of the Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Willow Glen Cemetery.

LYNCH, John
John LYNCH of 631 Hudson St., died Saturday, Jan. 25, 1947. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Morris R. NORTHWAY, with whom he made his home, and Mrs. James G. GORDINIER of Rochester; a sister, Mrs. Michael KNAPP of Ithaca, eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday at the home with a Solemn High Mass of Requiem in the Church of the Immaculate Conception at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the home Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

GENUNG, William J.
William J. GENUNG, 85, of 416 S. Geneva St., died Wednesday, June 19, 1974, in Lakeside Nursing Home. He was a member of No. 2 Fire Company of Ithaca. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Grace BAKER GENUNG; a brother, Aaron Howard GENUNG of Ithaca; nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the Wagner Funeral Home, with the Rev. Clifford Bamonesberger of Waverly officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Berkshire, at the convenience of the family.

ODGEN, Miss Florence P.
Miss Florence P. ODGEN, 66, a former resident of Ellis Hollow, died at Newark Wednesday morning, May 2, 1962, after a long illness. A native of Ellis Hollow, she was born March 22, 1896, daughter of Mrs. Edith LOCKE OGDEN and the late Horton OGDEN. Besides hermother, Mrs. Edith ODGEN, of Ellis Hollow, she is survived by a sister and a brother, Mrs. Clara COBB and Emmons ODGEN, both of Ellis Hollow; an aunt and several cousins.
Private funeral services were held Saturday morning, May 5, at the Perkins Funeral Home in Dryden. The Rev. Robert Kaiser, pastor of the Ellis Hollow Methodist Church, officiated and interment was in the family plot in East Lawn Cemetery, Ithaca. Funeral services for Miss Florence P. ODGEN of Ellis Hollow who died Wednesday, May 2, 1962, were held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Perkins Funeral Home, Dryden. Burial was in East Lawn Cemetery, Ithaca. Bearers were Floyd EVERHART, Albert CORNELIUS, George MILLER, Norman BAKKO, Dana VANPELT and Hollis CLARK.

CLARK, Hollis T.
Hollis T. CLARK, 79, of Hunt Hill Road died Sunday, Nov. 30, 1975, in Ideal Hospital, Endwell. He was a retired automobile mechanic with the Ford Garage. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Donald SNYDER of Ithaca and Mrs. Bettye STILLMAN of Owego; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Wagner Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Steen officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.

ENGLISH, Mrs. Bertha E.
Mrs. Bertha Elsie ENGLISH, 69, of 490 Snyder Hill Rd., Town of Dryden, Ithaca died today, Jan. 3, 1974 in Tompkins County Hospital. A member of the Snyder Hill Baptist Church, she was also a member of Caroline Grange and in 1960 had been re-elected president of the Tompkins County Extension Service Assn. For a fifth term. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Florence PRINCE of Ithaca, and Mrs. Jean JOUBERT of Ithaca; six grandchildren, two brothers, William TERWILLIGER of Ithaca and Eber TERWILLIGER of Brooktondale, several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Wagner Funeral Home, with the Rev. Melvin Negley officiating. Burial will be at the Snyder Hill Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

PARKER, Ethel M.
Ethel M. PARKER, 75, of 405 Jacksonville Road, Trumansburg, died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1981 in Tompkins County Hospital. She was a widow of Malby O. PARKER, who died in 1947. She was a retired employee of the housekeeping department at Cornell University. She was a member of the Senior Citizens Council. She was the daughter of Arthur and Edna MCGILLUORY GENUNG. Mrs. Parker is survived by two sons, Donald M. PARKER of Trumansburg and Richard H. PARKER of Atlanta, Ga.; and six grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the E.C. Wagner Funeral Home, Ithaca, with the Rev. Michael Tremean of the Jacksonville Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Willow Glen Cemetery in Dryden. There will be no calling hours.
